Service Costs
Office Link will prepare a detailed proposal that will set out all costs clearly and in a simple, user-friendly format. These costs will not be altered unless your requirements change.
Our fee structure is designed with the growing business in mind and is affordable for any business – large or small. There are no ‘hidden extras’ to pay and costs are kept within your budget.
Set up fee
A one off initial payment covering:
Allocation of telephone number (available 0800, 0845, 0870, 01606)
Script setting – we have experience in script writing and generally work alongside clients to achieve the best results.
Screen allocation – the setting of a screen for your account that will pop up for incoming calls and hold key information regarding the project.
Basic training for operators making your calls.
(Additional product/service training is charged at the normal hourly rate).
Hourly Rate
This depends on your service requirements and the nature of the calls.
Administration
This is not applicable to every service. It is used in cases where we are sending out information on your behalf or where there are other administration tasks involved.
Appointments
In some cases, where it is appropriate, a fee will be charged (this will be discussed and agreed in advance).
Telephone
If a charge is made, it is passed on at rates received by Office Link. Normally call charges are absorbed into the hourly rate.

Office Link has numerous sources for data – these are available on request.
