Inbound Call Handling

£150.00 Set-up fee. This is a one-off, initial payment to cover the costs of setting up the system, the telephones and training all our operators to meet your requirements.

£50.00 Monthly service charge (Out Of Hours and Overflow). This covers you for full account management, enabling you to make as many changes to your service, as often as you need to, at any time of the day. You are also covered for business continuity so, should something disastrous happen, preventing your staff from answering your calls, our operators will simply handle all calls on your company's behalf.

£10.00 Additional Monthly Service Charge (24 Hour). This covers overnight call handling if required.

£0.20 per genuine call answered. We do not charge you for nuisance calls or wrong numbers.

£0.01 per second call time. The duration of your calls is never rounded up. We only charge per second of the operator's call time.

£0.12 Per SMS or pager message sent.

Free Receipt of messages via email, fax or web site access.

Outbound Campaigns

£250.00 Set-up fee. This is a one-off payment that covers all set up costs including; script creation*, staff training, screen set-up and data input.

£25.00 per operator, per hour. This includes the operator’s call time, call charges and full account management.

* Script creation can be done on your behalf by Office Link, in conjunction with you, or supplied directly by you.

UK Pocket Pager - £40.00 Deposit - £12.00 per month
Premier world pager with 80-character display. Covers all of the UK and batteries last up to three months of continuous use.

Free Phone Number - £10.00 per month – £0.075 per minute.
The cost of 7.5p per minute is at standard BT rates.

Mail Accommodation - £5.00 per month
Have your company's mail sent to our address.

Data Supply - £0.10 per record*
* The charge of £0.10 per record applies to standard data obtained by Office Link from a preferred supplier. Should you require specialist data from a company outside of our preferred supplier list, then the costs will be determined and discussed with you prior to purchase.

Brochure Response - £0.19 per item + standard Royal Mail charges.
