Step 2
When a customer phones your number we can 'pick up' the call just as a receptionist would. As we receive the call, your company details automatically appear on our operator's computer screen. We answer the call with your company name and take details from your caller. We ensure we have all the information needed to handle your calls in an efficient and professional manner.
Step 3
Once we have taken the message, we will relay the caller's details and enquiry to you via the method of your choice, as and when you require. Caller information is stored indefinitely for access by you at any time. We can provide you with reports of all calls over a given period for your own analysis or marketing usage.
