The software is a windows-based system, which runs on an NT network. It can operate in Access or Microsoft SQL. Linking tightly with Microsoft Office software infrastructures, A-Link supports all areas of call centre service applications.

It is very simple to use and easy to manage and no special IT knowledge is required. Furthermore, as a modular system, the fields can be arranged in different ways to suit individual clients' requirements.
